Club Seminole will offer two payment plans: Season or Monthly. Both will require a credit card to be kept on file. The monthly will be on the 1st of every month, we will automatically charge the card we have on file. If the card is declined there will be a $15 processing fee added to the account.

The swimming calendar is divided into Three seasons.

• Fall/Winter SCY (Non High School Athletes: September 1st - March 31st / High School Athletes: Mid November - March 31st)
• Spring/Summer LCM (April 1st-August 31st)

Participation in any of the seasons is not prorated for returners and there are no refunds.

All families will be asked to pay $125 registration fee at the beginning of SCY and LCM seasons.

A Sibling discount of 10% is applied to the first additional registered sibling.

For meets:

All associated meet entry fees and facility charges as determined by the hosting club will be billed directly to the credit card kept on file, directly after meet entries are submitted to the host team.

A coaching fee will be assessed for our Club Seminole Coaches while they on deck at a meet - A. $15/swimmer/day for in-town meets OR B. $30/swimmer/day for out-of-town meets.

There are NO refunds for meet entry fees after the meet entry deadline. Coaching fees are only refundable in the event of a medical condition supported by written documentation from a doctor.

USA Swimming:

USA Swimming Membership is required of all athletes regardless of group, as this provides insurance for both the athletes and the Coaches. USA Swimming has three memberships that our athletes usually take advantage of:
